Solacure products are sold directly by Solacure LLC on the web and over the phone. In addition, you can find a number of locations that sell our products in their store fronts, or online and over the phone in other countries. To become a dealer of Solacure products requires a minimum investment of around $4000. To become a distributor with a territory (such as a country) requires a minimum investment of $10,000 to $25000, depending on area. There are no fees, no franchise expenses or other expenses associated with becoming a dealer or distributor; You only pay for product. Price depends on quantity.

Currently, we sell to the United States from our main office in Greensboro, NC. Dealers are welcomed, but no restricted territories are available.

In Canada, we are actively seeking a distributor to sell for the entire country. Minimum investment is $10,000 (100% product, there are no "fees") but this is negotiable if the company has the right credentials.

We are actively seeking distributors in other countries as well.

Policy for distributors: (condensed version)

Terms are prepaid before shipment. Financing or floor planning is the responsibility and at the expense of the distributor. Payments and quotes are in US dollars. Product is shipped on pallets, typically 625 for T12 bulbs, 576 or 672 for T8s, and around 120 fixtures for F32 fixtures.

We must use our shipper for all shipments for insurance purposes. Once signed and accepted, we can not file a claim for damaged product, so you must inspect carefully, note any damage, and contact us.

Solacure guarantees 99% perfection. This means that if one or two lamps out of a pallet of 625 are defective, this is the responsibility of the distributor. All "no lights" above 1% will be credited to the distributor, who must keep the no light bulbs when possible for inspection. Currently, "no light" bulbs are less than 1/2 of 1% of production, meaning the average pallet of 625 will have 3 or less. Smaller quantities sold to dealers will be shipped either Fedex or on a pallet, depending on what is the least expensive method.

Distributors with guaranteed territories are expected to provide 100% support for the products they well. This means answering all questions and dealing with all problems. Distributors will get support to get up to speed, of course, but customers should always contact the distributor, not Solacure direct. The same is true for local dealers, although some exceptions are made.

Distributors with restricted territories can expect that any customer calling Solacure LLC direct will be redirected to the distributor. The only exception is for product that the distributor doesn't carry in inventory (ie: curing lamps for distributors that only carry horticulture lamps) and for long standing customers, who will be phased into dealing with the distributor.

Dealers and distributors may use any image or literature on the website solely for the promotion of the product. Using this material to sell against Solacure products is a violation of US Copyright laws. You should have any copy/verbiage you want to use run through our marketing department to insure it complies with regulations and laws of your respective country, although we can not guarantee it will. Misrepresenting or making unsubstantiated claims regarding the product may not be done and may result in loss of right to sell product.

Solacure will produce "private label" versions of lamps for dealers/distributors with a minimum purchase of around 2000 lamps, for a small fee. You will have exclusive rights to use this name and may sell in any territory you wish, so long as you do not compare your product to Solacure products, nor state they are a "private label" version. This is to prevent confusion in the market place. You alone are legal responsible for how these are marketed.
