To buy from us means you need to call or email us your name, number, phone and what it is you want to buy, then we will send you a PayPal invoice. You don't need a PayPal account to use this feature, and you can use any Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover or PayPal feature like 6 months same as cash. It is your choice. All prices are in US$ and conversion is done at time of payment by Paypal, and *shouldn't* incur any additional fees.
Normally, you would expect to just buy online, but it is a bit more complicated due to Canadian taxes, duty, brokers, oversize, etc, so we have to do it this way as the website isn't smart enough to differentiate based on country of origin, and we don't want to overcharge you.
As of 2024, we will normally charge you only the cost of shipping and handling, and you will be responsible for paying duty and taxes when the bulbs arrive. We no longer can pre-charge all duty and taxes due to some changes in how Fedex handles Canadian shipments, and how the Canadian government taxes these items.
